Autobiography

I’m Amy Peters, an indie pop artist making journal pop: music that sounds like a diary entry. For my album campaign, I leaked my real diary anonymously in public and on the TikTok account @whosediaryisthis. The page currently has over 700k views, with hundreds of people getting curious in the comments.

I recruited a select group of fangirls on TikTok from across the world, called The Diary Society, to help me with this campaign, and within weeks the diary entries were the topic of discussion on Deuxmoi and Reddit. The success of the campaign led me to create a documentary called “Whose Diary Is This?”, opening up for the first time about my personal experiences with cancel culture and being on the receiving end of internet hate.
